Wolfgang Hermann

Prior to joining Five Prime Advisors, Mr. Hermann was General Manager of H+P Hermann & Partner, a Düsseldorf-based M&A and financial advisory firm. H+P led buy- and sell-side mandates on behalf of such European companies as Flötotto, Reiche, Küppersbusch, Commerzbank, Litpol, Gölz, and BJB.

Mr. Hermann began his career as an auditor and later consultant with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. in Frankfurt. Subsequently, he spent several years in various financial management roles with Hewlett Packard in Geneva and Böblingen. Prior to forming H+P Hermann & Partner, Mr. Hermann was a Director of a unit of Deutsche Bank AG, where he was responsible for its financial engineering practice, and later was head of international M&A and advisory services origination.

Mr. Hermann holds a degree in economics from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. He has taken executive education courses at the Harvard Business School. Mr. Hermann is a Certified Public Accountant.
