Our principals have a strong track record advising corporate sellers. We coordinate and oversee the entire sale process, beginning with valuation of the company, division or asset to be sold; preparation of financial material and drafting of the information memorandum; identification and solicitation of, and negotiation with, potential buyers; production of deal documentation; and closing of the transaction. We act on behalf of the selling company or target, its board, or selling shareholders. Our advice with respect to pricing and bids is analytically rigorous and unbiased.
