A testament to the success of our principals as buy-side advisors are the number of companies that return to us for assistance in undertaking follow-on acquisitions. We attribute this success to our ability to think alongside our clients, facilitating strategic discussion and helping formulate and articulate thinking with respect to options and possibilities.

Given the breadth of our relationships amongst manufacturing services, medical technology and life science firms – and their venture capital and private equity investors – we are efficient and effective at identifying potential acquisition or combination partners. After approaching a target and evaluating its fit with respect to our client and its objectives, we will provide valuation assistance, intermediate discussions between the parties, prepare the term sheet and letter of intent, coordinate and oversee post-LOI due diligence, and bring the transaction to an efficient close. We will also assist in obtaining financing required to complete an acquisition or merger, including serving as placement agent with respect to debt or equity associated with a transaction.
