Cross-border advisory

We have significant experience undertaking cross-border mandates. Cross-border M&A is a hallmark of our practice. Our principals have advised companies based in the U.K., Switzerland, France, Germany, Israel, Malaysia, the Philippines, the Peoples' Republic of China, South Africa, and Vietnam, as well as the United States. The majority of these transactions have involved a U.S. buyer or seller.

Our office in Germany provides us an "on the ground" presence in Europe, which is particularly valuable during the due diligence phase of a transaction when information gathering, site visits, management interviews, and coordination with local audit and legal advisors is critical. Our German office has also been effective in identifying on behalf of U.S. buyers smaller, technology-focused targets in Europe.
