Fabio Itikawa

Mr. Itikawa is responsible for new business development in Brazil and manages our office in Sao Paulo. In addition to healthcare, he has deal and consulting experience in a variety of industries, including real estate, manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, and media/technology. Prior to joining Five Prime Advisors, Mr. Itikawa was a manager in the M&A group at Itau-Unibanco S.A. in Sao Paulo where he worked on its $3.5 billion purchase of BankBoston’s Latin American operations and the purchase of the Latin America International Private Bank from Bank of America. Previously, Mr. Itikawa was an M&A Consulting Manager with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. While at PwC, he worked on the $4 billion global divestment of Roche’s OTC division to Bayer AG and on the $1.1 billion divestment of the aftermarket division of Dana Corporation to the Cypress Group.

Mr. Itikawa holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo, a B.A. in Accounting from the Instituto Sumare de Ensino Superior, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the Columbia Business School.
