Mr. Shemaria has undertaken significant financial advisory assignments on behalf of companies such Genentech, Carl Zeiss Meditec, Apria Home Health Care, Cytyc Corporation, Dendreon, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Fuji Film, Dorsey & Whitney, FedEx, Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Shell Oil, the National Geographic Society, and the International Monetary Fund.

He has extensive experience in the areas of cost of manufacturing and production model design, research and development budgeting, complex consolidation modeling and multi-currency conversion, sales projection modeling for domestic and international markets, capital and vendor finance modeling, balance sheet and cash-flow analyses, capital asset planning, equity acquisition planning, and complicated multi-dimensional M&A modeling. Mr. Shemaria brings to our clients world-class financial modeling and analytics in support of a proposed transaction or advisory mandate.

Mr. Shemaria began his career as an auditor and management consultant with KPMG. He holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy from the University of California and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from San Jose State University. He has completed coursework towards an M.S. in Taxation. Mr. Shemaria is a Certified Public Accountant.
